美國籍學人 Ann Madding女士於112年9月8日報到，她曾是美國Hogan Lovells律師事務所（Hogan Lovells, USA）律師，研究主題為「The Unique Role of Taiwan in Fighting the Illegal Wildlife Trade: An Analysis of the Implementation of CITES Obligations by a Non-Contracting Party」，研究期間為112年9月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學法律學院環境永續政策與法律中心 (Policy and Law Center for Environmental Sustainability, College of Law, National Taiwan University)。
