智利籍學人José Miguel Vidal Kunstmann (何賽) 博士於112年10月3日報到，他是智利天主教大學（Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Chile）博士後研究，研究主題為「An Exploration on Primary and Secondary Sources on Qing China’s Perspectives on Latin America in Libraries and Archives in the Republic of China」，研究期間為112年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為淡江大學全球政治經濟學系(Department of Global Politics and Economics, Tamkang University)。
