越南籍學人 范氏垂蓉 (Thi Thuy Dung Pham) 博士於112年12月28日報到，她是越南胡志明市經濟財政大學（Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) , Vietnam）研究員，研究主題為「The Impacts of Accession to Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership on Taiwan’s Economy: Applying the GTAP Model in the Labor Market」，研究期間為113年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立陽明交通大學管理學院(College of Management, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University)。
