西班牙籍學人 塞巴斯蒂安•康丁 （Sebastian Contin Trillo-Figueroa）先生於113年1月9日報到，他是香港大學亞洲全球研究所（Asia Global Institute, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong）研究員，研究主題為「Strengthening Collaboration & Engagement through Track II Diplomacy」，研究期間為113年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院外交政策研究中心 (Center for Foreign Policy Studies, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University)。
