越南籍學人 Vo Thi Phuong Thuy 女士於113年1月9日報到，她是越南人文科學院歷史研究所（Institute of History, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Vietnam）研究員，研究主題為「Ports and Maritime Trade of Taiwan and Vietnam in the 17th Century」，研究期間為113年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立成功大學考古學研究所 (Institute of Archaeology, National Cheng Kung University)。
