拉脫維亞籍學人 Inna Stecenko教授於113年1月10日報到，她是拉脫維亞運輸和電信學院（Transport and Telecommunication Institute, Lativia）教授，研究主題為「The Development of High Technologies and Digital Waste: the Experience of Taiwan and the Baltic Countries」，研究期間為113年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為中國文化大學國際貿易學系 (Department of International Trade, Chinese Culture University)。
