瑞典籍學人 Johan Englund先生於113年1月12日報到，他是瑞典防禦研究中心（Swedish Defense Research Agency (FOI), Sweden）研究員，研究主題為「Growing Tensions in the Taiwan Strait – What are the Roles of Europe and Japan?」，研究期間為113年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心 (Institute of International Relations, Natioanl Chengchi University)。
