奈及利亞籍學人 Akachukwu Darlington Umeh 先生於113年1月16日報到，他是奈及利亞獨立學者，研究主題為「An African Perspective to China/USA Quest for Sole Maximum Influence and Control of Taiwan」，研究期間為113年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國家發展研究所（Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University）。
