美國籍學人 Shale Horowitz 教授於113年1月19日報到，他是美國威斯康星大學密爾沃基分校（University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA）教授，研究主題為「Taiwan as the Center of Gravity in the China-U.S. Rivalry: Understanding and Building Capacity in the Military, Economic and Political Spheres」，研究期間為113年1月至5月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學政治學系 (The Department of Political Science, National Chengchi University)。
