孟加拉籍學人Raian Hossain先生於113年2月5日報到，他是英國諾丁漢大學（University of Nottingham, UK）博士生，研究主題為「South and East Asia's Small Powers Foreign Policy among US-China Rivalry in 21st Century」，研究期間為113年2月至5月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國家發展研究所（Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University）。
