丹麥籍學人Franz Jessen先生於113年2月15日報到，他是丹麥獨立學者，研究主題為「Decoupling/Derisking - What are the Challenges and Opportunities Faced by Taiwan and are There Lessons to be Learned in Europe from the Debate in Taiwan.」，研究期間為113年2月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學臺灣安全研究中心（Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University）。
