科威特籍學人Abdullah Alhajeri教授於113年2月20日報到，他是科威特大學（Kuwait University, Kuwait）教授，研究主題為「The History of Political and Economic Relations between the Arab Gulf Countries and Taiwan.」，研究期間為113年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學俄羅斯研究所（Graduate Institute of Russian Studies, National Chengchi Universtiy）。
