越南籍學人陳德英山（Tran Duc Anh Son）先生於113年3月5日報到，他是越南東亞大學（Dong A University, Vietnam）資深講師，研究主題為「The US-Taiwan Relationship: The Adjustment over the Past 50 Years and Its Impact on the Asia-Pacific and ASEAN」，研究期間為113年3月至12月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院臺灣史研究所（Institute of Taiwan History, Academia Sinica）。
