馬來西亞籍學人胡秋萍（Chiew Ping Hoo）女士於113年3月12日報到，她是馬來西亞東亞國際關係策進會（East Asian International Relations (EAIR) Caucus, Malaysia）資深研究員，研究主題為「From Tipping Point to De-Risking: Mapping Precarious Pathways on the Korean Peninsula and the Taiwan Straits」，研究期間為113年3月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心（Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University）。
