波蘭籍學人Kaja Kaluzynska女士於113年3月12日報到，她是波蘭亞捷隆大學社會科學博士學院（Doctoral School for Social Sciences, Jagiellonian University, Poland）博士候選人，研究主題為「Social Capital of Taiwan and South Korea: A Sociological Approach to Public Diplomacy」，研究期間為113年3月至7月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學臺灣語文學系（Department of Taiwan Culture, Languages and Literature, National Taiwan Normal University）。
