印度籍學人Rishi Gupta先生於113年4月30日報到，他是印度亞洲社會政策中心（Asia Society Policy Institute, New Delhi, India）研究員，研究主題為「Taiwan and the Great Himalayas: An Assessment of Taipei’s Strategic Interests」，研究期間為113年5月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院印度研究中心（Center for India Studies, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University）。
