美國籍學人畢思明（Kristopher Erskine）博士於113年4月30日報到，他是美國雅典州立大學（Athens State University, USA）助理教授，研究主題為「Taiwan’s Plant-based and Vegetarian Food Culture, Past and Present」，研究期間為113年5月至8月。在臺駐點機構為漢學研究中心（Center for Chinese Studies）。
