泰國籍學人何玥（Phohnthip Naoise Smithsarakarn）女士於113年5月7日報到，她是泰國詩納卡寧威洛大學人文學院（Faculty of Humanities, Srinakharinwirot University, Thailand）講師，研究主題為「English Language Policy and Language Teaching in Taiwan: Challenges and Opportunities for English as a Medium of Instruction towards Higher Education Bilingual Program」，研究期間為113年5月至7月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學人文社會高等研究所（Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities and Social Science, National Taiwan University）。
