印度籍學人Jojin Valiyathadathil John博士於113年5月7日報到，他是印度甘地大學（Mahatma Gandhi University, India）助理教授，研究主題為「Middle Powers Realignment in the Indo-Pacific: Emerging Contours of India-Taiwan Relations」，研究期間為113年5月至7月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學臺灣安全研究中心（Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University）。
