印度籍學人Ritika Passi女士於113年7月5日報到，她是印度獨立學者，研究主題為「The Role of Technology in Elevating India-Taiwan Ties: Assessing Scope, Prospects, and Consequences」，研究期間為113年7月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院印度研究中心（Center for India Studies, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University）。
