巴西籍學人Pedro Luiz de Azevedo Filho於113年7月5日報到，他是巴西阿漢瑰拉大學（Anhanguera University, Brazil）博士後研究，研究主題為「The Strategic Potential of Semiconductors in the Formulation of Taiwan’s Foreign Policy towards Brazil」，研究期間為113年7月至12月。在臺駐點機構為漢學研究中心（Center for Chinese Studies）。
