加拿大籍學人Michael Desormeaux於113年7月16日報到，他是加拿大麥克馬斯特大學（McMaster University, Canada）博士候選人，研究主題為「Guardians of Democracy: Understanding and Comparing Anti-Foreign Interference Policies in Canada and Taiwan in the Face of Sharp Power.」，研究期間為113年7月至12月。在臺駐點機構為銘傳大學國際教育交流處 (International Education & Exchange Division, Ming Chuan University) 和國立臺灣大學政治學系 (Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University)。
