奈及利亞學人Richard Iroanya於113年8月2日報到，他是納米比亞大學（University of Namibia, Namibia）副教授，研究主題為「Exploratory Study of the Strategic Implications of Russo Ukrainian War for the Survival of Taiwan and the Indo-Pacific Region」，研究期間為113年7月至12月。在臺駐點機構為漢學研究中心（Center for Chinese Studies）。
