英國學人阮江（Thanh Giang Nguyen）於113年9月10日報到，他是BBC世界服務（BBC World Service）獨立記者，研究主題為「Seeking an Alternative View and Space for Debate in Vietnamese Media About Taiwanese Democracy and Diplomacy」，研究期間為113年9月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東南亞研究中心（Center for Southeast Asian Studies, National Chengchi University）。
