德國學人Carl Cevin-Key Coste於113年9月11日報到，他是立臺灣大學法學院（Bucerius Law School, Germany）博士生，研究主題為「State Liability in the Republic of China and the Federal Republic of Germany」，研究期間為113年9月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學法學院（College of Law, National Taiwan University）。
