馬來西亞學人歐陽慧妮（Hui Nee Au Yong）於113年10月4日報到，她是拉曼大學（Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Malaysia）副教授，研究主題為「Digital Transformation for Inclusive and Sustainable Growth: A Study of Taiwan SMEs」，研究期間為113年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立清華大學科技管理學院（College of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University）。
