越南學人Nguyen Thi Phi Nga於114年1月7日報到，她是越南CMC大學（CMC University, Hanoi, Vietnam）教授，研究主題為「The Impact of Short Videos on ROC-Taiwanese Consumer Purchasing Decisions and The Lessons for Marketers」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學財務管理學系（Department of Finance, National Chengchi University）。
