菲律賓學人Dennis Blanco於114年1月9日報到，他是菲律賓大學迪里曼分校（University of the Philippines Diliman, Philippines）副教授，研究主題為「The Philippines-Taiwan Sustainable Development Connections: A Synthesis Research on its Divergence and Convergence」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學政治學系（The Department of Political Science, National Chengchi University）。
