法國學人高格孚（Stéphane (Bruno) Corcuff）於114年1月7日報到，他是法國里昂政治學院（Institut d'études politiques de Lyon (Sciences Po Lyon), France）副教授，研究主題為「Institutional Reforms After The Election Of The 11th Legislative Yuan: Finding The Right Balance Between Powers In The Republic Of China In The DPP Era.」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為漢學研究中心（Center for Chinese Studies）。
