希臘學人Anastasios Anargyros Panoutsopoulos於114年1月22日報到，他是China Program, Institute of International Relations（IDIS, Greece）的博士後研究，研究主題為「Strengthening Greece-Taiwan Relations in a Changing International System」，研究期間為114年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治系（Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University）。
