加拿大學人馬思佳（Pascale Marie Helene Massot）於114年2月4日報到，她是加拿大渥太華大學（University of Ottawa, Canada）的副教授，研究主題為「Strategic Minerals in the Indo-Pacific: the Cases of Canada and Taiwan」，研究期間為114年2月至4月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東亞研究所（Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies, National Chengchi University）。
