南韓學人安文錫（Mun Suk Ahn）於114年2月4日報到，他是韓國全北大學（Jeonbuk National University, South Korea）的教授，研究主題為「The Dynamics of A Taiwan Contingency, Northeast Asian International Order and The U.S.-South Korean Alliance」，研究期間為114年2月至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學人文社會科學發展中心（Center for the Advancement of the Humanities and Social Sciences, National Taiwan University）。
