韓國學人李光錫（Kwang Suk Lee）於114年2月4日報到，他是首爾科學技術大學（Seoul National University of Science & Technology, South Korea）的教授，研究主題為「AI Algorithms' Impact on Human Labor in Taiwan and South Korea」，研究期間為114年2月至4月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學大眾傳播研究所（Graduate Institute of Mass Communication, National Taiwan Normal University）。
