印尼學人古逸衡（Patrick Kurniawan）於114年2月7日報到，他是印尼The Habibie Center的助理研究員，研究主題為「The New Southbound Policy, Think Tank and Track II Diplomacy towards Southeast Asia: Prospect and Challenges」，研究期間為114年2月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東南亞研究中心（Center for Southeast Asian Studies, National Chengchi University）。
