菲律賓學人Rhomir Yanquiling於114年2月12日報到，他是澳洲墨爾本大學大自然永續及當地發展中心（Nature Sustainability and Local Development Center, The University of Melbourne）的博士生，研究主題為「The Tyranny of Geography: Reflecting on Water Wars and Cooperation Discourses with the Philippines, Taiwan and China in Focus (1949-2024)」，研究期間為114年2月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學臺灣安全研究中心（Taiwan Center for Security Studies, National Chengchi University）。
