波蘭學人葳羅雅各（Weronika Jakubczak）於114年3月7日報到，她是波蘭消防大學的副教授，研究主題為「IoT, IoE Cybersecurity and Cognitive Warfare - ROC's Critical Infrastructure Perspective - Relevance For Civil Protection, Civil Defense and Territorial Defense」，研究期間為114年3月至10月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學新聞研究所（The Graduate Institute of Journalism, National Taiwan University）。
