Visiting scholar, Prof. Raquel Isamara León de la Rosa (羅伊紗) has registered at Center for Chinese Studies on April 1, 2025. She is a Mexican scholar who is a professor at the Autonomus University of Puebla, Mexico. Prof. León de la Rosa’s research period in Taiwan is from April to July, at the Department of Diplomacy, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University. Her research topic is "Semiconductor Geopolitics and its Impact in Indo-Pacific".
