奧地利學人Bettina Bloesl於114年4月2日報到，她是德國Deutscher Bundestag, Abgeordnetenbüro Prof. Dr. Andrew Ullmann MdB的政策顧問及博士生，研究主題為「Health Security Risks Due To Taiwan's Exclusion From Global Health Governance」，研究期間為114年4月至6月。在臺駐點機構為國家衛生研究院群體健康研究所（Institute of Population Health Sciences, National Health Research Institutes）及弗里德里希諾曼自由基金會在台辦事處（Global Innovation Hub of The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom in Taipei）。
