越南學人Ngo Minh Trung於114年4月15日報到，他是越南社會科學翰林院（Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences）的博士生，研究主題為「The Relationship Between Rule of Law and Entrepreneurship Activities」，研究期間為114年4月至10月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學國際臺灣研究中心及東亞學系（Department of East Asian Studies; International Taiwan Studies Center, National Taiwan Normal University）。
