馬來西亞學人黃文貴（Boon Kwee Ng）於114年5月2日報到，他是馬來西亞大學（Universiti Malaya, Malaysia）的副教授，研究主題為「Science Diplomacy in Forging Collaborative Agricultural Research and Innovation in Taiwan and Malaysia」，研究期間為114年5月至9月。在臺駐點機構為國立清華大學科技管理研究所（Institute of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University）。
