印度學人Raosaheb Bawaskar於114年5月9日報到，他是印度馬哈拉施特拉孟買國立法律大學中國研究中心（Center for China Studies, Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, India）的助理教授，研究主題為「Taiwan's Quest for International Recognition: Challenges and Prospects」，研究期間為114年5月至7月。在臺駐點機構為台北政經學院（Taipei School of Economics and Political Science）及國立政治大學國際事務學院外交學系（Department of Diplomacy, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University）。
