法國學人Alexandre Gandil於114年5月13日報到，他是法國CERI (Sciences Po)的副研究員，研究主題為「Taiwan Beyond Its Own Strait: State Formation and Nation Building Through Sovereignty Claims Over the South China Sea」，研究期間為114年5月至8月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院社會學研究所（Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica）。
