波蘭學人Franciszek Siedlok於114年5月23日報到，他是英國聖安德魯斯大學的副教授，研究主題為「Collaboration Within and Between Innovation Ecosystems: Learning from the Taiwan's Bicycle Sector.」，研究期間為114年6月至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立師範大學工業教育系（Department of Industrial Education, National Taiwan Normal University）及國立成功大學國際經營管理研究所（Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University）。
