印度學人Amina Reem Vazhuthina Patta於114年6月3日報到，她是印度喀拉拉大學（University of Kerala）的博士候選人，研究主題為「India-Taiwan Relations in the Indo-Pacific Super Complex Triangularity: Questions of Multiple Patterns of Amity and Enmity」，研究期間為114年6月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國家發展研究所（Graduate Institute of Development Studies, National Chengchi University）。
