瑞典學人Mikael Stefan Weissmann於114年6月3日報到，他是瑞典國防大學的副教授，研究主題為「Taiwan and the Need for Capacity Building to Handle Hybrid Threats and Foreign Interference: Building Resilience and Psychological Defence Capabilities in a Deteriorated Security Environment」，研究期間為114年6月至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學臺灣歐洲聯盟中心（European Union Center in Taiwan, National Taiwan University）。
