美國學人馬哲詩（Jessica Ann Marinaccio）於114年6月27日報到，她是美國加州州立大學多明格斯山分校亞太研究系（National Research and Innovation Agency）的助理教授，研究主題為「從港口到海上的衝突：台灣與太平洋島國外交關係以及二十世紀於太平洋的非法與合法捕魚/Disputes at Port, Disputes at Sea: Taiwan-Pacific Diplomacy and Legal and Illegal Fishing in the 20th-Century Pacific」，研究期間為114年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學國際台灣學研究中心（International Taiwan Studies Center, National Taiwan Normal University）。
