越南學人Kim Huong Ho於114年7月3日報到，她是越南青年學院（Vietnam Youth Academy, Vietnam）的博士後研究，研究主題為「The Development of Taiwan’s the Supply Chain of Hi-Tech Agricultural Start-Ups and Implications for Vietnam」，研究期間為114年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為國立成功大學政治學系（Department of Political Science, National Cheng Kung University）。
