義大利學人Lorenzo Termine於114年7月8日報到，他是義大利羅馬國際研究大學（University of International Studies of Rome, Italy）的助理教授，研究主題為「Strategic Evaluation and Assessment of Italy's Security Commitments in the Indo-Pacific Environment – SEASCOPE」，研究期間為114年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為臺灣歐洲聯盟中心（European Union Centre in Taiwan (EUTW)）。
