馬來西亞學人Lam Choong Wah於114年7月18日報到，他是馬來西亞大學文學與社會學學院國際與戰略研究系（Department of International and Strategic Studies, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, University of Malaya, Malaysia）的資深講師，研究主題為「The Interplay of Malaysia and Taiwan in South China Sea Dispute: Opportunities and Challenges」，研究期間為114年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東亞研究所（Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies, National Chengchi University）。
