英國學人Nian-tzu Cockel於114年8月1日報到，她是英國樸茨茅斯大學（University of Portsmouth, UK）的副教授，研究主題為「Sowing the Seed for Food, Development and Friendship? The Overseas Aid of the World Vegetable Centre in Taiwan」，研究期間為114年8月至9月及12月。在臺駐點機構為國立成功大學臺灣文學系（The Department of Taiwanese Literature, National Cheng Kung University）。
